Cosmina Goagea is an architect and curator. Her research and curatorial practice is dedicated to the connections between architecture and society, focusing on areas linked to bottom-up city-making, activation of public space, cultural and social entrepreneurship, urban activism, situation design, art as urban practice. She was a lecturer at the University of Architecture and Urbanism, Bucharest. She has curated exhibitions for the Venice Biennale, several biennals of architecture for BAB Bucharest and Halele Carol. She is an external expert on urban interventions in the frame of European Academy of Participation Erasmus+ Project. Cosmina Goagea is also involved in editorial research, creation of exhibitions and experience design projects, as well as academic activity both in Romania and internationally.
